Updating the Web Site

I'm slowly in the process of updating this web site to using CSS. This means that some old browsers may have trouble displaying these pages properly. Newer versions of most popular browsers (Mozilla, Netscape, the evil Internet Explorer, and probably Opera), should work fine. Netscap 4 in particular has trouble with CSS. I'll try to minimize the problems to just be cosmetic, but no guarantees!
